DAVE TROTTER's BALLOT STATEMENT
In the next four years, the Town Council faces important
decisions affecting our quality of life. Moraga is a great place
to live. Working together, we can preserve our community’s
special, semi-rural character.

RESPONSE TO MORAGA CITIZEN’S NETWORK QUESTIONNAIRE

If elected, I will:
Uphold the General Plan and Moraga Open Space Ordinance.
Protect open space lands and Moraga’s magnificent ridgelines from developments like the proposed Rancho Laguna project.
Use the Specific Plan process to build a new community center and
gymnasium in the heart of Moraga.
Work to address traffic and circulation problems.
Support locally owned and operated businesses. We must revitalize our business areas and provide pedestrian-oriented residential housing around
our shopping centers.
Work to improve relations between the Town Council and
Moraga School Board.
Encourage meaningful public participation in Town decision-making.
